All the chairman and delegate units connect wirelessly in a centralized and unified manner to the system controller unit. The multi-functional solution integrates sophisticated state-of-the-art Digital Signal Processing technology with premium-grade hardware to deliver a powerful, intuitive, and user-friendly meeting experience.

As the Vāk 30 conference system does not have any proprietary or closed-looped output connectors, the team was also able to seamlessly integrate the system with the client’s existing Cisco WebEx-based Video Conferencing platform. This makes the solution a completely hassle-free package for the client’s daily audio and video conferencing requirements. 

The team also took the opportunity to upgrade the sound reinforcement system by installing the Studiomaster Professional ARC 240UB – 240W (@ 1% THD) mixer-cum-amplifier with a built-in USB/SD MP3 media player with Bluetooth. The integration of the ARC series amplifier has not only improved the sound quality but also provided the user with additional connectivity and routing options. As the ARC 240UB can also be powered by an external 24V DC car battery, the sound reinforcement system can be operational even during power outages.

However, the Vāk 30 is a highly flexible and customizable system that supports up to 50 units which means up to 3 Chairman units and 47 Delegate units can be operated with one Vāk 30.s controller. If only one chairman unit is deployed, 49 delegate units can be connected. The system is scalable and future-proof and the client can increase the count of the chairman and delegate units, as their communication requirements evolve.

Record Meetings On-the-Go:

One of the most convenient features of the Vāk 30 wireless conference system is the built-in USB MP3 recorder that saves files in sequential order onto external flash-based storage devices such as a pen drive. Thanks to this feature, you don’t need to take minutes of the meeting and focus only on the discussion. The recorded MP3 files can later be used for referencing, distribution, or archiving.
